Scope and deployment
Agree the site requirements, service tasks, staff roles, schedules, and start date before deployment.
Supervision and reporting
Define the supervisor or reporting contact, task checks, attendance reporting, and review frequency in the service plan.
Compliance and continuity
Discuss applicable employment documentation, site safety requirements, absence cover, and handover arrangements. Any commitments and responsibilities should be recorded in the contract.
Escalation and changes
Raise concerns with the agreed reporting contact or business@chennafs.com. Changes to scope, staffing, schedules, or pricing should be confirmed in writing.
